Device Abandonment
Every device sent in for a repair or dropped of at our local repair store undergoes a diagnostics process. If we find other issues with the device, we will contact you immediately before moving onto the next stage in the repair process. In the event that we cannot reach you via all provided communication options and you do not contact us to claim your device within 90 days, we will proceed to dispose of your device.
Warranty
All of our repairs come with a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. We stand by our work and guarantee it to be free of any defects. If we performed a repair on your device and the installed part is not functioning properly, please let us know so we can make it right.
Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. When shipping your device please make sure to have a tracking number to avoid any issues with the delivery. All of our shipments come with a tracking number to ensure a safe delivery of your package. In the event that there is an issue with your order we will work with you as best as we can to help investigate lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we will not be held responsible in any way for this situation.
Sales Tax
Unless you are exempt, sales tax will be charged on all orders that are shipping to Ohio or are placed within our store.
